DeliveryGetting Your Order Out to Post (UK/GB/Worldwide)Goods in stock will be sent within 1-2-3 days, depending on time of year. Usually it's same or next day. Knitwear or boots that have to be ordered in may take up to two weeks. Bedspreads take up to eight weeks as these are made to order. The following information applies to the UK/GB. We do happily delivery of course to Europe and Worldwide. Please click here for rates outside the UK/GB. UK/GB DeliveryOne of the great things about KiwiKate's possum and possum-merino products is that they are all very lightweight, and thus the added post and packing cost is not such a big surprise on top of the cost of the goods. The default delivery method is First Class Recorded as outlined on the table here:

We are now using the wonderful boxes from the Tiny Box Company. These are very well made. Smart white tissue, and a variety of ribbons - from Sophie's Ribbons - or the ubiquitous curling ribbon - are also used. Gift wrapping adds £6.00 to your order - we do like to do this well!
Standard Packaging KiwiKate's packaging is simple, minimal and hopefully reusable in the case of the cardboard envelopes and boxes that are used. All goods are wrapped in tissue, just for protection through the post but one end could be left open if you wish to peak at the goods and then wrap your own paper around them as is! Plain white envelopes are used to send most smaller items, then cardboard boxes or wrap as necessary. Please find another use for the cardboard box. Sorry, not a fant of plastic anything - especially unrecyclable bubble envelopes.Signed For (Recorded) or Special Delivery As a further general rule, I tend to send packages 'signed for' if the value of the delivery starts to mount up. I cannot bear the thought of things going astray in the post. Boots and larger orders do go 'special delivery' because it's feasible to do so. These charges are included above.Free Delivery? Where Airsure is not available the goods will be sent International Signed For service. Your order will take up to 3-5 days to arrive. If the rates below are found to be excessive once the goods have been sent, we will refund the excess postage.
